  10. This thing has happened to me on a few occations, last one about 10 minutes
  11. ago. As I was doing nothing in particular, a horrifying 'click' coule be
  12. heard from the modem, and a sign popped up saying SYS0039, the comm port
  13. is not responding. Nice... All I had to do was to reboot the computer to
  14. be able to get on line again and at least log out (and write this).
  15. Why does this happen? It's happened a few times. Rarely enough to surprice
  16. me, but often enough to annoy me. Why? Is there a cure? I am using the
  17. new commpak2.dll.
