- I had been using Telemate (v3.01) under DOS and had no
- intention of giving it up once I began using OS/2. Using
- mode.com, I attempted to set up buffered I/O. Problem was
- that Telemate would occasionally lock up OS/2 solid. I was too
- lazy to try another DOS Comm program to determine if Telemate
- was actually at fault.
-
- Well I upgraded to Telemate v3.10 and here's what I found
- in the "readme.txt" file.
-
- ". The COM routine might not work on the DOS box in OS/2."
-
- So if you're using Telemate you'll want to upgrade. If
- you're using another DOS Comm program and having lockups, you
- may want to try a different Comm program.
