- Okay, my wife indicated today that she wants a fax modem in her computer.
- Now we're expecting to OS/2icize that machine this fall (shortly after the
- bug-fix CSD comes out, if it's stable enough then - crashes are the sort
- of thing she can't tolerate). We'll be using it under DOS until then.
- Any recommendations as to what I should look to get or avoid in terms of
- either name brands or hardware specs? Price is definitely a consideration,
- but so is performance, as most of the faxing & phone calls, both incoming
- and outgoing, will be long distance.

- P.S. She has a 486-33, ISA bus. We're planning to have 8 Meg RAM and
- about 100 meg free hard drive space when we install OS/2.
