  10. Please can somebody help me:

  12. After installing Borland C++ and changing the international stuff
  13. in windows 3.1 I tried to start setup by double clicking on it,
  14. but it wouldn't start up anymore.

  16. The message says something like cannot find setup.exe.
  17. I inspect the windows directory and I noticed that the file
  18. (and maybe others?) is no longer there.
  19.  
  20. How do I get the file(s) back?
  21. The manual doesn't say anyhting about this,
  22. and I cannot find the file on the windows floppys.
  23. (I also wouldn't have known how to get it right from there,
  24. as the files are no straight files on the floppy).

  26. Anybody can give me a help?

  28. BTW, the setup program has been accessible from windows last
  29. week, if that does matter (it just disappeared).
