  14. In WinWord2.0 running on Windows3.0 we had the key-accent feature of
  15. typing accent+key e.g. 'e `e ^u which results in the one character code.
  16. This feature disappeard with the introduction of Windows3.1 on our site 
  17. Novell file server, and we are forced to use the ALT+keycode strokes again.
  18. What part of the installation is responsible for retaining the accent
  19. to the next keystroke, for a valid combination ?
