- Win32s is a set of 32-bit extensions to Windows 3.1 - Windows 3.1 will continue
- to run Win16 apps, and Win16 & Win32 apps can communicate using the clipboard,
- DDE, OLE, WM_ messages etc - there would simply be no reason (that I can think
- of) to update the shell pieces until a next major release of Windows, when
- that is indeed palnned to happen
