  24. I understand you get the development system, which includes the OS, tools
  25. and doc files. Don't know for sure yet, MS and their outlet didn't come up
  26. to speed in Germany till now :-( 
  27. Some time ago I read that this doesn't necessarily imply you'll get updates
  28. on the compilers, i.e. you get a "snapshot" of MSC with each SDK, but
  29. you don't have anything like an MSC license (now would that be a bargain!)
  30. Maybe Alistair could elaborate. There have been lots of small statements
  31. scattered around. Could somebody at MS post the official upgrade policy,
  32. what licenses you have and which you don't etc. ?
