- Is it possible to configure Windows 3.1 such that an application window is active when the
- mouse pointer points inside it (instead of having to click once inside the window)? This is
- a feature X-windows provides and is a lovely feature that I want to see in MS Windows as
- well! This feature would mean that you can do things on a partially occluded window and
- don't need to awkwardly make a meaningless mouse-click before you can do things in a window.
