  13. Is it possible to configure Windows 3.1 such that an application window is active when the
  14. mouse pointer points inside it (instead of having to click once inside the window)?  This is
  15. a feature X-windows provides and is a lovely feature that I want to see in MS Windows as
  16. well!  This feature would mean that you can do things on a partially occluded window and
  17. don't need to awkwardly make a meaningless mouse-click before you can do things in a window.
