  19. We use "Doc-to-Help" from WexTech Systems, Inc. It works with Word for Windows
  20. 2.0. You write the Help document using one of several supplied W4W templates.
  21. W4W outputs an 'rtf' file which is then complied with the included Windows
  22. Help Compiler to create a Windows Help file.
