  14. The Win3.1 API docs are not avaiable via FTP to the best of my knowledge.
  15. This is not a big restriction as I see it, because to do anything with
  16. them you would need a compiler capable of generating a Window executable.
  17. All the compilers capable of that these days come with Windows API 
  18. documentation.

  20. If on the other hand you don't want to write code immediately and just want
  21. to browse the dcos, you can get the Win32 API reference from ftp.uu.net in
  22. the /vendor/microsoft/isv-communications directory.  Win32 is a superset of
  23. the Win16 interface in Windows 3.1 but it will give you the idea.
