- The Win3.1 API docs are not avaiable via FTP to the best of my knowledge.
- This is not a big restriction as I see it, because to do anything with
- them you would need a compiler capable of generating a Window executable.
- All the compilers capable of that these days come with Windows API
- documentation.

- If on the other hand you don't want to write code immediately and just want
- to browse the dcos, you can get the Win32 API reference from ftp.uu.net in
- the /vendor/microsoft/isv-communications directory. Win32 is a superset of
- the Win16 interface in Windows 3.1 but it will give you the idea.
