  13. Does anyone know why my PC (a 386/40MHz AMD chip, 4MB RAM, 130 MB hard drive)
  14. reboots sometimes when I am in Windows 3.1 and the phone rings?  I haven't
  15. been able to reliably duplicate the problem every time yet, but it has
  16. happened both before and after I have used Windows Terminal.  My 2400 baud
  17. Hayes compatible modem is connected to COM2.  I never had this problem
  18. under Windows 3.0, only since installing 3.1 has it occurred.
