  14. I think one vital thing is missing from either DOS or Windows:
  15. Resource protection/control/management.
  16. IMHO, a system lacking these can't be called an OS. Maybe a partial one.
  17. Well, that flame "DOS is a file system with memory management and program
  18. loader" probably isn't that wrong. That's probably why so many people are
  19. eagerly looking/waiting for OS/2 or WNT. I would like a more stable PC.
