- I think one vital thing is missing from either DOS or Windows:
- Resource protection/control/management.
- IMHO, a system lacking these can't be called an OS. Maybe a partial one.
- Well, that flame "DOS is a file system with memory management and program
- loader" probably isn't that wrong. That's probably why so many people are
- eagerly looking/waiting for OS/2 or WNT. I would like a more stable PC.
- Most people do, I think.
