  13. Is it just my imagination, or is it true that you never hit a mine on
  14. your first pick at the expert level?  This makes some sense - what's the
  15. point of blowing somebody up before they even start - but it implies
  16. that the minefield is not layed out completely before you start.  That
  17. raises the question, when is the minefield layout completed?
