- The main features of interest to me in Stanford Graphics are 3-D surface
- plots, polar plots, OLE support, and 256+ color support. Does Origin
- have any or all of these features?
-
- I'd like to make one more comment about Stanford Graphics: the manual
- STINKS! What a waste of paper! It's nothing more than an annotated
- list of the available menu choices. And what good is a 500-page manual
- with an index only 3 pages long which, again, is nothing more than a
- list of the available menu choices!
-
- Stanford Graphics: the program I love to hate. If the output weren't
- so good, I'd say "delete star-dot-star." But I always come back to
- that: the output is excellent, albeit hard to get sometimes.
