- Norton's CALIBRAT will *not* LLFormat an IDE drive -- it will refuse to

- To answer HY's question, CALIBRAT does a great and reliable job on
- most drives. In some cases, you may be better off with the LLFormat
- utility from the drive manufacturer, like seagate, which are usually
- available on their BBS's... But calibrat is pretty good at letting
- you know what it's limitations are...
