- I'm having problems with elm ans smail...I compiled them and installed them as
- the readmes instructed, and they seemed to compile without a hitch (well, they
- did have a _few_ warnings :-).
- Anyhow, now, when I try to run them, I get the message
- /lib/libc.2.2.2
- and a command prompt. (Yes, I used a valid username to test it.)
- Smail is nicer--it only fails to run; Elm drops me back to the prompt and screws
- up my terminal to the point that I have to log out and back on (setterm -init
- and setterm -reset have no effect...)
- I installed the GCC libs as the instructions said...and before you ask, here's
- the setup:
- 0.97pl1.5 (patch1 + the 1 line patch)
- GCC 2.2.2 (_NOT_ 2.2.2d, but the 2.2.2 distrib from banjo)
- AMD386DX-33 no 387
- 8M RAM, 5M swap
- IDE drives
- Can someone out there help me? Please?
