- I have placed the file as386.doc.Z for anonymous ftp from ftp.mcc.ac.uk
- in /pub/linux/misc. This file, I think, documents the instructions and
- syntax used by gas, pointing out differences between this and the syntax
- of MASM, the microsoft assembler. (It is actually not gas but the AT&T
- assembler which is described.) This manual appeared in some newsgroup
- long ago, but I've forgotten which or when.
