  23. We did receive your application for membership in SAGE.  Since we
  24. are having to update our database and create a new field in it
  25. to handle STG and SAGE memberships, we have not yet sent out
  26. acknowledgement forms.  Hopefully we will have this update completed
  27. in the next two weeks.

  29. As a SAGE member, you will be able to participate in the 
  30. upcoming elections scheduled later this Fall, and also are
  31. invited to participate at the various SAGE meetings scheduled
  32. for the LISA conference.   You will be receiving information on
  33. upcoming events and plans early this Fall.   More benefits will 
  34. most likely be added in the near future, so your participation at 
  35. the early stages of SAGE's development is appreciated (and will
  36. hopefully allow you a chance to help shape its future direction).
