- Smail doesn't distinguish between different exit codes returned by
- uux. It should do so, but very few systems have a UUCP that really
- returns the defined exit codes that sendmail uses for this purpose.

- A second point is that an oversight in the compiled-in configuration
- for the various uucp transports prevented uux's stderr from being
- returned in bounce messages. This is fixed in the just released
- 3.1.26 release.
