- Not totally true. The only thing priority is used for is to mark a
- message as `urgent', and such a message is indicated with a `U' on
- the index screen. In order for a message to be marked urgent, it must
- have a Priority: header, and the value of the header must be something
- other than `normal' or `non-urgent'. If and only if both conditions
- are met then the message is marked `U'.
