  18. What you put into the Priority: header doesn't matter.  The only thing
  19. that counts is whether there is a Priority: header or not.

  21. Elm will mark a letter urgent on the index page if the letter has a
  22. Priority: header.  It could say "Priority: desperate," "Priority: vital,"
  23. "Priority: garbage," or "Priority: none," and the urgency flag will be
  24. there.

  26. Elm makes no further distinction based on actual contents of the Priority:
