  16. I'm interested in getting more information on the VLSI conference
  17. that will be held in New Delhi during the first week of January.

  19. Can anyone enlighten me on the costs of the conference (registration,
  20. hotels,etc)?  I'll be in Mysore/Bangalore during December and am thinking
