  18. I'm a little concerned about the possibility that there needs to be anyone
  19. with knowledge beyond what's written in the document. True, TC members know a
  20. lot about how decisions were arrived at (and have tried very hard to write up
  21. the important background information in rationales), but the document should
  22. speak for itself as far as normative requirements.  If there are any areas of
  23. ambiguity that you see, *please* write us about them now during this public
  24. review period!
