  19. Submissions of student papers for  the 11th Annual National Conference
  20. on Ada Technology are now being accepted.   As Ada has become an
  21. integral part of many computer science programs, opportunities have
  22. grown for valuable student experiences with Ada in the classroom and
  23. beyond.  In concert with the conference theme, "Ada: Building Block of
  24. Software Engineering", we are seeking student perspectives on projects
  25. within the software engineering framework and from all areas of
  26. the computer science curriculum, including applications in data
  27. structures, database management, operating systems, real time systems,
  28. and computer graphics.

  49.          Don't miss this opportunity to participate in the 11th Annual
  50. National Conference on Ada Technology in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.
  51.  
  52. Ada has now become an effective, reliable language, with a maturing 
  53. set of programming environment tools.  Ada has had a beneficial role 
  54. in encouraging more effective approaches to design and development, 
  55. and will itself soon be updated to reflect the 9X features.
  56.  
  57. With the current emphasis on software process improvement, software 
  58. engineering curricula, and software engineering environments, we see 
  59. signs of a maturing field.  We thus believe it is appropriate in the 
  60. 1993 Conference to emphasize the broader context of software engineering, 
  61. while continuing to emphasize Ada as an important "building block" 
  62. of this dynamic field.

  64. We invite participants in all aspects of software engineer-ing to 
  65. attend and actively participate in the 11th Annual Conference.  
  66. We are interested in papers on applied aspects of software engineering, 
  67. including lessons learned, by practitioners in government and industry.  
  68. We also invite papers on experimentation and research from government, 
  69. industry, and academia including research-oriented universities, 
  70. teaching-oriented schools and minority institutions.  We invite papers 
  71. from professors and from their students -- including advanced 
  72. undergraduate and graduate students.
