  21. FAQ (or is it, and if so, which one????!). One book that I feel is
  22. an invaluable reference on this subject is:
  23.     Supercharged Bitmapped Graphics, Steve Rimmer
  24.     Windcrest/McGraw Hill
  25. The copy I bought includes a disk with source code and various
  26. viewing utilities for DOS-VGA.
