  11. Is there a program to convert MS-window help file to emacs info file?
  12. I would like to use the X11 gnu emacs to edit file and view the MS-window
  13. hypertext help file on line.  I cant write the program because I dont know
  14. the format for the MS-window help file.  There are 2 types of help files
  15. for MS-windows, I am refering to the one for quickhelp (qh).
