- I found that the Zoom modem has trouble negotiating with both the PP modem
- and the Telebit Worldblazer. You can get around that by setting the Zoom NOT
- to negotiate but to assume LAP-M. I used one like that for several months
- dialing into each of the two modems I mentioned without any further
- difficulties. Sorry but I do not recall which switch it is, and I have given
- my modem, manual, and list of settings to someone else. However, it is very
- easy to find in the manual by browsing through the switches.
