  13. I would like to hear about any products or boards that implement 
  14. a menu based front end system that works via tones entered from 
  15. a phone call. Basically, one in which someone calls, gets a greeting
  16. and some options, works through the menu by entering digits on
  17. their phone to select certain data.

  19. Is this handled usually via computer hardware, or does the phone
  20. companies usually set up these types of services? I have seen many
  21. PC based solutions, but would prefer a UNIX or a product API for
  22. a serial port board.
