  13. I have seen a utility being sold with some serial cards with
  14. the 16550a uart chip that must be used to turn the FIFO
  15. buffer on or off. I didn't get a card from the co. that sells
  16. the card with the utility and was woundering if I deeded this
  17. program to turn my 16550A on and off???? If I do need it then
  18. why is there only one co. out there that I know of that is supplying
  19. this utility? Do all 16550A uarts on anybodys cards need a util.
  20. to turn the buffers on and off or is it just that co. that
  21. is making that one card that is in need of the utility???
