- I recently bought a true Hayes 1200 baud modem (I know... too slow, but for
- $5 it will work for a backup in case my other goes down). Unfortunately, it
- didn't come with a manual. I have tested it and can only hook up at 300 baud.
- There is a row of DIP switches in the front; how should these be set for 1200
- baud? Oh, it is an external model.
