- Ditto. This deserves close watching. I ordered from them back at
- the end of March, and was told last week that I was now #6 in the
- queue.

- It would be interesting to hear from other people awaiting modems
- from BFJ. They *did* mail modems to at least some people (who was
- last?). Anything is possible - they may have had a fire - they may all
- take vacation in mid-August.

- They may also have gone out of business and/or skipped town. If
- that's the case, stiffed customers such as ourselves should keep in
- touch, so we can present a united front at any bankruptcy hearings
- and/or lawsuits which arise.
