  13. The ZyXEL modem version 5.00 ROM binaries are now available by "mail-server"
  14. request for anyone who can use them.
  15.  
  16. The binaries are only intended for the U-1496S model (with LCD display).
  17. Among the features supported are:

  19.         - Caller ID
  20.         - Voice-Mail
  21.         - 16,800bps speed (ZyXEL proprietary mode)

  23. To retrieve this file (automatically uu-encoded into 60K blocks), send
