  17. I was told that ADPCM is just a inter-sample delta.  I'd assume that
  18. the two-bit mode uses two bits for the deltas, and three-bit mode
  19. uses three bits for deltas.  Try getting some samples and plotting
  20. the waveforms based on this algorithm...
