  12. I would like to get the details on submitting papers to the IEE Third 
  13. International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN '93) to be held at
  14. Brighton, UK in May '93. Specifically I would like to know the format of
  15. submission, to whom the submissions be sent (address) and submission deadlines.
