-
- For a year or two I've been using (for Roman alphabet only) an HP IIP
- clone and ProFont cartridge clone, w/ Times Roman and Hel proportional
- spacing in 8, 10, and 12 size. Recently I tried to get it to cough up a few
- basic diacriticals, but put aside the project upon seeing that Lingua has
- a prop. Times Roman built in (w/o 8-point, I believe). Well, it may be
- back to the project, based on the TR (roman) fonts ive seen in the beta:
- You get I all umlauts, of course, etc., but each line of type as a whole looks
- more unkempt, less-razor-sharp, etc, compared to hard-wire output.
-
- Of course, opinions may differ.
