  17. Here at Colorado College, we have a professor from Russia who has been
  18. successfully communicating over the Internet with colleagues in Russia.
  19. Suddenly, her messages are not getting through.
  20.  
  21. I've heard through the grapevine that the networks in Russia are being
  22. re-worked in some way, so that old addressing schemes no longer work.  In
  23. this case, the address that no longer works is

  27. If anyone has any information about new Russian networking schemes, or
  28. anything else that could shed light on this problem, please let me know.  The
  29. professor who suddenly can't communicate with her Russian colleagues has been
  30. resorting to phone calls (and will probably resort to faxes), but she can't
  31. afford to continue that for long.
