- I normally see that happen if the userid isn't authorized to bring up GCS.
- Double check the load map of your GCS system to be sure that you picked
- up the right text from GCS ASSEMBLE. Also, since you didn't mention this,
- check the directory entries for your PSF machines. They need NAMESAVE GCS
- record specified in order to bring up the GCS system. Both are necessary
- to run GCS. Good luck!
