  13. If you report just average response time, your phone will ring.  We report
  14. average and the sum of average plus one standard deviation.  I have
  15. thought about changing it to the sum of average plus two standard
  16. deviations but have not convinced myself and/or found the time.

  18. The sum of average plus one standard deviation is the number I pay the
  19. most attention to.
