  14. How do you guys measure TSO response time ? How do you report it to users ?
  15. We use RMF and SLR, but find both inadequate. From RMF we get an 'average'
  16. and a standard deviation value. That makes it difficult to report to users
  17. 'How many transactions completed under 1 second'. SLR values are the same as
  18. RMF.

  20. Any tips on software/methodology/literature on the subject ?
