- Currently we have two staff members show up 30 minutes before the library opens
- to turn on copiers, terminals, make security checks, etc. Our director is
- asking us to consider not having staff show up early--staff would perform
- opening routines as the patrons enter the building. Has anyone tried something
- like this? What would be the pros and cons? It sounds odd to me, but if
- anyone has made it work I'd love to know.
