  14. e library also.  We have $1.600-$1,700 journal titles and about 50-55 thousand
  15. book titles.  All the labor charges we collect go into an account that is desig
  16. nated to relieve the cost of building this library.  We collect the money at th
  17. e Circulation desk.  We average about $2,000 on payments collected.
