  21.     GIFs on Missing Children are now available in USENET through
  22.     HALCYON.COM.  There are approximately 450 GIFs of missing Children
  23.     available.

  25.       I am in the process of making the GIFs available in FIDO Net
  26.       through the FILEBONE.  I have already received permission from the
  27.       Texas Dept. of Public Safety Missing Child/Missing Person Clearing
  28.       House and should have permission from the National Center for
  29.       Missing and Exploited Children to distribute them in this manner,
  30.       as long as we can track which boards receive them.
