  17. A postscript IRC introductory paper and manual has been available for a few
  18. weeks now on some famous IRC ftp sites (nic.funet.fi, csd.bu.edu,
  19. ftp.ucsu.buffalo.edu, coombs.anu.edu.au ...)
  20. The file is called 'IRCprimer.ps.Z' and is about 300 Kb.
  21. You can 'uncompress' it and print it on a postscript printer or use
  22. a previewer (ghostview, psview...)

  24. For instance, on unix systems you can type "zcat IRCprimer.ps.Z | lpr"
  25. to print it, or with ftp if you don't want to keep a copy, in binary
  26. transfer mode just type...
  27.                  ftp> get IRCprimer.ps.Z "|zcat|lpr"

  29. Unfortunately, I won't be able to release an ascii version or the LaTeX
  30. code until october :(    (and I'm on holidays too *smile*)
