You must select your COM port's IRQ. An IRQ is a signal that the COM port sends to the computer to get its attention. Ideally, each device connected to your computer should send a different IRQ signal.
If you don't know which IRQ your COM port uses, exit Install, exit Windows, and run a program called COMSTAT, which you'll find on FAXability diskette #1. This program will describe the COM ports in your computer and the IRQs that they use.
