  99.     1. Messages on the WGA net may not be moved to any
  100. other net (e.g., FidoNet, OurNet, FamilyNet, etc.) without
  101. express approval from either the European Coordinator (for 
  102. WGA-EUR) or the North American Coordinator (for WGA-NA).
  103. Violation of this provision will result in immediate 
  104. suspension of the offender from WGA.

  106.     2. If you are a BBS, you must agree to keep your 
  107. system on line 24 hours per day. If you do have an outage
  108. which lasts for more than one day, you must notify your feed.
  109.  
  110.     3. You will not provide a feed to anyone or any BBS
  111. for WGA_Net messages/traffic UNLESS THAT PERSON OR BBS IS A
  112. MEMBER OF WGA AND HAS BEEN ASSIGNED A VALID 40:NN/NNN NODE
  113. NUMBER (which appears in the currently distributed WGALIST). 
  114. This stipulation does not prohibit callers from using an 
  115. off-line reader to download selected messages from your
  116. bulletin board.

  144. There is a membership fee to belong to the WGA. This fee is intended
  145. to be used only for reimbursement for long distance calling charges
  146. which are required to obtain and distribute the traffic which flows
  147. in the network.

  149. Fees are reducible quarterly, within each calendar year.
  150.  
  151. Currently, and until further notice, no fees are being collected for 
  152. membership in WGA-NA. If you are in North America, no fees should be 
  153. submitted with this application.

  155. Outside North America, GSDS files may be obtained monthly
  156. on diskette(s), if desired.
