  22.          The SilverNet network provides a national network of BBS'S that
  23.          share and distribute data of various types thru the use of Door
  24.          programs that allow exchange of data between BBS's.
  25.              The SILVERNET network is currently using Sunrise Door Software's
  26.          Classified Ads Door and Classified Ads Exchange Program to provide
  27.          a large network of computers for display of classified ads to a high
  28.          volume of callers.
  29.          Through an Arrangement with Sunrise door Software, BBS systems that
  30.          join the SILVERNET network may register both the Classified Ads door
  31.          program and the Classified Ads Exchange program for the price of only
  32.          the Classified Ads Door program, a savings of 40 percent.

  41.         Each BBS on the network must register the Classified Ads door and
  42.         Classified Ads Exchange program through the National Hub or directly
  43.         thru Sunrise Door Software( Indicate that you are joining the
  44.         Silvernet to obtain the discount and to receive the registration
  45.         package and information about the closest HUB and setup requirements).
  46.         Each BBS must run the door with a predefined standard set of
  47.         categories for both National and each defined Local Area, so that
  48.         all BBS's on the network provide a Consistent Appearance. Each BBS on
  49.         the network may, and is strongly encouraged to solicit ads for its
  50.         own board and must disburse the Ads both locally and nationally.
  51.         (Through either the district or Regional Hub).
  52.         Each BBS on the network must carry all local ads of other BBS's
  53.         on the network and all National Ads .  Each BBS must charge the
  54.         Advertising Rates determined and published by SILVERNET National
  55.         Hub,  for both National and Local Areas. The rates will be consistent
  56.         across all BBS in the network for local areas and for National
  57.         advertising.Special volume purchase packages are also available.
  58.         Each BBS may keep 65 percent of Revenues from the advertising it
  59.         solicits.. The other 35 percent will go into maintaining the network
  60.         and for providing group advertising, both Local and National.
  61.         Phone numbers of all BBS's involved will be provided on Each area Hub
  62.         and in selected advertisements.
  63.         Each BBS on the network is responsible for calling its HUB system
  64.         during the defined daily Polling Periods  for uploading and for
  65.         downloading ads.
