  28. Larger package deals can be worked out with Regional and National

  31. Dispersion of Income

  33. Local SysOp Retains 65% of income generated by himself.
  34. The remaining 35% is dispersed as follows
  35. 7.5%  to Area Hub
  36. 12.5% to Regional Coordinator
  37. 15%   to National Coordinator

  39. The National Coordinator reserves the right to retain his 15% or disperse
  40. it as he sees fit.

  42. The Regional Coordinator reserves the right to retain his 15% or disperse
  43. it as he sees fit.

  45. The Area Hub reserves the right to retain his 15% or disperse
  46. it as he sees fit.

  48. All Coordinators, Hubs, Nodes, and Points are free to charge their clients
  49. any amount they wish as long as they do not exceed the above rates and the
  50. distribution to the AH, RC, and NC is based on the rates above.
