  1. This is one of a two disk set.  On BBS distribution you *MUST* have both
  2. ZPAY31.ZIP and ZPAY32.ZIP.  ZPAY32.ZIP *MUST* have the ZPAY3.DOC file.

  4. You should ignore any references to the INSTALL program in the ZPAY3.DOC
  5. file.  This refers to a program that copies the files into the ZPAY
  6. directory.  You need to create a directory on your hard drive called 
  7. ZPAY3 and unpack all of the files into that directory.  Print the manual
  8. which is in the ZPAY3.DOC file to locate the password and follow the
  9. instructions for proper operation.
