- 70mph is the *law* whether I or you like it or not. If you break the law then
- you should be nicked. Yes... maybe you should be nicked for driving at an
- inappropriate speed as well. However if a child runs out into the road and
- you are doing 20mph you are still going to kill him/her. Food for thought isnt
- it?
