- Is this true ?. I had a long, very annoying and fruitless phone call to BT
- today, they still consider fully itemised billing to mean itemising only
- calls over 10units. The upshot was that there are no plans to introduce
- itemised bills and this was a corporate decision. They also amitt they know
- they are losing resitenial customers to mecury due to this (and cheaper
- calls) but they did not really care. Is there any hope. If any one is
- interested I can post the number of BT's customer service office, perhaps
- if enough people were to complain they might start listening.
